REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Defective or damaged products

Conditions:

  • Only one refund per product is allowed
  • Refund requests must include valid order details
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

RETURNS

To return a product:

  1. Contact customer support to request return authorization
  2. Return the item within 10 days of delivery
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return address will be provided upon authorization. Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
