REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Defective or damaged products
Conditions:
- Only one refund per product is allowed
- Refund requests must include valid order details
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
RETURNS
To return a product:
- Contact customer support to request return authorization
- Return the item within 10 days of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return address will be provided upon authorization. Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
